I got back into working out. Lets all take a pause let this sink in, no more just laying around and enjoying life. You remember how Kendall Jenner took a couple of month long break from dieting and exercise after the Victoria Secret fashion show? That is exactly what I did after running the Army 10 miler. This was a much needed break. Going from working out twice a day 5 to 6 days a week to not at all was such a change.
Now it is time to strap on my boots and get back at it. I am currently not training for anything! For once in my life I am working out solely to stay healthy and toned. It is for sure a different mindset. Hopefully you can join me on this fitness journey. Here is a fun swimming work out.
