Sneaky Tips To Be Healthy In College


1. If you are not in a time crunch, WALK!

2. Buy a bulk pack of granola bars and keep them in your car and throw some in your backpack

3. Eat healthy Monday-Thursday and then you won't feel bad about your weekend splurges.

4. Eat vegetables with every meal.

5. Limit Drinking to the weekend. (I know, I know, but you will be healthier and get more done during the week)

6. Don't make out with strangers #Germs

7. Sleep! Sleep as much as you can!

8. Keep a water bottle with you at all times

9. Schedule a workout plan that is the same week after week.
