Back Into the Swing of Things

Pretty much everything about the holidays centered around eating, so after the holidays I need to bring my A game because Spring Break will be right around the corner. This is the work out that I will be doing for the next month and below is posted the cross fit workouts. 


Cross Fit 1:
Location: Track and Field
·         20 minutes of 60/30 sprints.
·         100 yards of walking lunges (I typically hold two 5lbs weights)
·         50 yards of jelly bellies
·         50 Yards of walking pushups

Cross Fit 2:
5 stadiums
·         1 minute plank
·         10 buddha pushups
4 stadiums
·         20 pushups
·         30 rowers
3 stadiums
·         40 flutter kicks
·         30 lunges
2 stadiums
·         15 burpies
·         30 calf raises
1 stadium
·         30 frog jumps
·         80 situps

Cross Fit 3:
·         2 mile fast paced run
·         100 situps
·         40 pushups
·         15 situps on a down hill
·         20 pushups
·         30 situps with a 10lbs weight
·         20 pushups
·         15 situps on a down hill
·         20 pushups
·         40 pushups

Cross Fit 4:
·         1 mile warm up
·         30 frog jumps
·         30 situps
·         30 leg lifts
·         30 bicycle crunches
·         30 walking lunges
·         1 minute plank
·         30 calf raises
·         30 second side plank
·         30 frog Jumps
·         20 sit-ups
·         30 leg lift
·         30 bicycles
·         30 walking lunges

·         30 second side plank
